Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. True relaxation is an experience beyond sensory diversion. This yogic method is a systematic and scientific approach to physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. In this state between sleep and wakefulness, contact between conscious and subconscious occurs spontaneously. Yoga Nidra is an approach to pratyahara or withdrawal of the senses – the 5th limb of Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutra. Gentle asana practice coupled with guided imagery meditation brings us into this state. You will emerge in bliss.
